May I know who is responsible to design this app? The deisgn of this app is not easy to use, complicated, function is not clear, time slot is not allowed, some functions are hidden, you need to know the tricks, no reminder for the coupons , wasted everything. All coupons / promotions are just for courier, not for self pick up. Not all the area is applicable, also there is limitations of the distance and districts.

I ordered ice from someplace that close to me like 15 minutes away, but the app set a delivery time of 45 minutes! also it's been delaying the order until it reached an extra 40 minutes!!!!, that's not convenient! I deleted the app after making my first order. I highly recommend downloading the saudi apps like Hunger Station, chefs, marsool, and chefz they are more convenient

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. My order took 70 minutes to arrive, and half of the items were missing. The support agent took over 30 minutes to respond and offered no compensation for the missing items. To make matters worse, they didn’t even accept the invoice I provided from the restaurant as proof. I wouldn’t recommend this app unless you're fine with wasting your time and money, dealing with incomplete orders and unhelpful customer support.
